Hyderabadi Biryani

Hyderabadi biryani is the famous recipe in south India  this dish has been developed by nizams .



recipe:

Hyderabadi biryani is cooked with basmathi  rice and meat (in hyderabad we mostly find  chicken briyani)
 
This dish is combination of  hyderabadi and mughlai cuisines. this dish is key dish of hyderabadi cuisine.


ingredients:

the ingredients used for hyderabadi briyani are basmati rice, ( chicken,goat, fish,prawns) meat, curd
fried onion , ghee, species: cinnamon, cloves, carddamom, bay leves, nut meg, caraway, mace flower,
star anise,lemon and safforn.
 hyderabadi briyani has two flavours one is sweet and  another is spice.


the cooking process of hyderabadi briyani is :

first  the meat has to be mixed with curd ,lemonjuice, chilli poweder, briyani masala, gram masala,  salt
haldi,and some onions . rest it for one hour  then it can be cooked.
on one utensils cook 90% meat with  spices and another  hand another utensil  cook basmati rice 50% with spices . after that in 90% meat cooked pour basmathi rice as layers , one layer meat, one layer rice.
then on top sprinkle fried onion and gram masala cover it with butter paper and place lid on top after this the tasty hyderabadi briyani is ready.
  in hydrerabad  the famous  chicken briyani is available in krithunga . they provide pot briyani which has sweet  and spice taste you can try it....
